Position Information
Job Title Research Assistant - Biomechanics - Other Hourly Worker Department Biomechanics Essential Functions
  • Extract key insights and quantitative metrics from histological and medical images
  • Test biological tissues mechanically and analyze and interpret biomechanical data from experimental studies
  • Support data processing, documentation, and reporting


Work Schedule Additional Duties Required Qualifications
  • Undergraduate/Graduate degree in Biomechanics, Biomedical Engineering, or other related fields.
  • Experience working with medical images
  • Experience analyzing biomechanical data
  • A strong anatomy and physiology background


Preferred Qualifications
  • Direct experience analyzing medical images and writing scripts for automatic analysis
