Position Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) to provide behavior analytic services in both in-home and clinical settings. Working under the supervision of a BCBA, the BCaBA will help develop, implement, and monitor behavior intervention plans while providing guidance to RBTs.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in conducting assessments and developing behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision.
- Provide supervision and coaching to RBTs, ensuring treatment fidelity and client progress.
- Implement ABA strategies in in-home and clinical environments.
- Collect and analyze data to monitor client progress and make treatment recommendations.
- Support parent and caregiver training to increase generalization of skills.
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation in accordance with BACB and company standards.
- Participate in team meetings, client case reviews, and ongoing staff development.
- Travel internationally throughout the year to collaborate with our global partners on training initiatives and program implementation.
Qualifications:
- BCaBA certification (required).
- Bachelor's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
- Experience working with individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities (preferred).
- Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills.
- Reliable transportation for in-home sessions (mileage reimbursement and paid drive time included).
- Willingness to participate in international travel for training and outreach.
