Gratis-Assistant Coach for LSUE Women's Basketball
Job Responsibilities:
60%- Providing appropriate training, discipline, and coaching for student-athletes that leads to a highly competitive women's basketball program. Serving as a mentor to student-athletes helping them develop academically, physically, and socially. Monitoring student-athletes in their academic performance to ensure timely progress towards degree completion and graduation.
15%- Assist Head Coach with organization of practices, recruitment, and team travel
10%- Working with the University and local community to help promote and publicize the team and LSUE Athletics. Attending departmental staff meetings and special events of both the Athletic Department and the University.
10%- Maintaining the basketball facility.
5%- Additional responsibilities as assigned by the Director of Athletics and the Head Basketball Coach.
