Job description

Let It Be is a place where we pride ourselves on our service and making sure our customers have an unforgettable experience. We are looking for someone who is passionate can lead our team into providing unmatched hospitality.

This is a full time position that will require nights and weekends. No Sundays or Mondays, so two set days off every week. 

Staff Management

·       Hire, train, and supervise bartender/servers and support staff to ensure high quality service and expectations set by General Manager and Owner.

·       Create task lists for front of house staff to ensure compliance with sanitation and cleanliness standards.

·       Assist in scheduling management with the General Manager.

·       Maintain a positive and enriching work environment between the staff.

Inventory Supply and Control

·       Assist General Manager in management of alcohol, beverages, and other supplies.

·       Monthly inventory.

·       Monitor waste.

·       Assist General Manager in the ordering of alcohol and beverages.

·       Organizing and maintaining cleanliness of liquor and beverage areas.

Customer Service

·       Checking in with guests to ensure excellent customer service.

·       Assist the front of house staff with handling customer complaints.

Compliance and Safety

·       Enforce responsible beverage service.

·       Train and coach staff on maintaining health and safety regulations.

Event Planning

·       Assist General Manager in special events and promotions.

General
