WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO

  • Assist with all aspects of production as needed including but not limited to artist hospitality, distribution of daily show information, show passes, and guest lists.
  • Make quick drives to buy or deliver items for touring and house production as needed.
  • Coordinate and deliver food and beverage to the band or talent
  • Assist with Green Room or hospitality related artist needs including the shop, set up, maintenance, and break down of craft service areas
  • Anticipate needs of touring and house production teams. Assist wherever necessary to ensure shows run smoothly and on time.
  • Maintain Company safety and sanitation standards
  • Ensure stage and backstage areas are clean and free of clutter
  • Knowledge of region to properly locate restaurants, stores, music stores, area attractions, etc.
  • Perform opening/running/closingside duties according to Company policy
  • Must have a reliable automobile and provide proof of insurance
  • Must have an exceptional driving record
  • Have working knowledge of all music, promotional or special events in the house
  • Have the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING

Required:

  • Must have knowledge of touring or stage production operations
  • (State or County Licensee or Certification Requirement)/ Responsible Alcohol Awareness Training Certification or equivalent
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Flexible schedule, ability to work late hours and long days
  • Above average time management and multi-tasking skills.
  • Strong organizational, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and punctual
  • Overall Positive and Professional Attitude
  • Tolerance of all cultures, music, and art forms

Preferred:

  • 3 years of work experience interacting with people in a positive environment
  • Ability to understand and work within Union Labor practices and policies.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Suite Applications
  • Experience in a live music environment

Physical Demands/Working Environment:

  • Working environment is fast paced, often loud and stressful
  • Position requires extended periods of prolonged standing and working on your feet both indoors and outdoors
  • Must be able to lift or move up to 25 lbs. using proper lifting techniques
  • Intensely physical environment
