Position Description: Assistant Athletic Director
Location: Montville High School
Terms of Employment:
The Assistant Athletic Director is scheduled for approximately 1 3 contests per week, depending on seasonal needs.
Fall Sports
Sport Typical Hours
Varsity Soccer 5:30 PM - 8:30 PM
JV Soccer 3:30 PM - 5:30 PM
Cross Country 4:30 PM - 6:00 PM
Volleyball 3:30 PM - 7:30 PM
Football 5:00 PM - 9:00 PM
Saturdays: 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM
Winter Sports
Sport Typical Hours
Boys Basketball 3:30 PM - 8:30 PM
Girls Basketball 4:00 PM - 8:00 PM
Wrestling 5:30 PM - 8:00 PM
Saturdays: 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM
Spring Sports
Sport Typical Hours
Baseball 3:30 PM - 5:30 PM
Softball 3:30 PM - 5:30 PM
Boys & Girls Tennis 3:30 PM - 6:30 PM

Required License or Certificate:
  • Previous coaching experience at the middle school or high school level.
  • Experience supervising athletic contests or extracurricular activities.
  • CPR/AED and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).

Compensation:
  • $4,000 stipend per athletic season
  • Position available separately for the Fall, Winter, and Spring athletic seasons.
  • Average assignment of 1 3 home contests per week.
