Their primary role is to support more experienced workers while gaining hands-on experience and formal training. Assistant Apprenticeships typically combine on-the-job learning with classroom instruction, preparing individuals for future advancement in their chosen field. These roles can exist in a wide range of sectors, including administration, construction, healthcare, and more.
