Quality Control Job DescriptionOverview

Join our dynamic team in Madison, IN, where we prioritize excellence and innovation! As a Quality Control professional, you will play a vital role in ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality and safety. If you have a keen eye for detail and a passion for maintaining quality, we want to hear from you!

1st shift

Responsibilities
  • Conduct regular inspections of products and processes to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Identify defects and non-conformities, documenting findings and recommending corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with production teams to implement quality improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate records of inspections, tests, and quality control activities.
  • Assist in the development and revision of quality control procedures and standards.
  • Participate in training sessions to educate staff on quality control practices.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in quality control.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education in quality assurance or a related field is a plus.
  • Proven experience in quality control or a similar role.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Familiarity with quality control tools and methodologies.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and quality management software.
