Job description

About the Role

We’re looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Sample Coordinator to support our fast-paced team. This role is critical to keeping samples moving quickly and accurately from concept to production in a high-volume, trend-driven environment. If you thrive under tight timelines, love product, and can juggle multiple drops at once — this role is for you.
What You’ll Do

  • Coordinate and track all development, sales, production, marketing samples across multiple drops
  • Follow up daily with factories to ensure samples are on track and delivered on time
  • Receive, log, organize, and distribute samples for fittings, reviews, and shoots
  • Prepare and track samples for fit sessions, revisions, and approvals
  • Assist Product Developers and Wholesale teams with samples as needed
  • Maintain an organized sample room and archive by season and style
  • Flag delays, quality issues, or discrepancies and help drive quick resolutions
What You Bring

  • 1–3 years of experience in apparel sampling, product development, or production
  • Experience working with overseas factories 
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Fast, clear communicator with strong follow-up instincts
  • Proficient in Excel; WFX and Net Suite a plus
  • Comfortable working in a high-volume, fast-turn environment
  • Ability to use a dolly and lift packages up to 50lbs
  • Strong understanding of garment construction, fabrics, and fit a plus
