Location: Beaverton, OR Schedule: Hybrid (4 days onsite, Fridays remote) Employment Type: Full-time salaried position with benefits Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Apparel Designer to join a collaborative team focused on developing seasonal product lines. This individual will work cross-functionally with design, merchandising, and other internal partners to bring concepts to life from initial development through production. The ideal candidate has a strong design aesthetic, excellent organizational skills, and experience working in a fast-paced apparel environment. Responsibilities • Support the design and development of seasonal apparel collections. • Research trends in style, color, and silhouette to inform product direction. • Create design sketches and technical flats for styles in development. • Partner with cross-functional teams, including merchandising, graphics, and production. • Assist in preparing and maintaining tech packs and other product development documentation. • Participate in fittings, sample reviews, and design revisions as needed. • Communicate updates, feedback, and approvals throughout the product development process. • Assist with presentations, line reviews, and key milestone meetings. • Contribute to special projects and seasonal initiatives as assigned.
