Assistant Apparel Designers support the design team in creating clothing collections by preparing sketches, sourcing fabrics, organizing samples, and coordinating with manufacturers. • Proactively communicate risks or delays and propose solutions.
  1. Own Design Standards: Fit, Branding, Sustainability, Styling, Performance
  • Enforce Storm Creek branding guidelines across all apparel categories.
  • Uphold fit standards through consistent measurement review and fittings.
  • Ensure products meet performance and quality expectations.
  • Serve as the sustainable sourcing subject matter expert.
  • Maintain consistency in styling, trims, labeling, and packaging details.
  1. Private Label
  • Develop private label designs aligned with customer requirements while maintaining Storm Creek quality standards.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Product teams to interpret customer needs into executable designs.
  • Manage approvals and revisions with external partners and factories.
  1. QA, Errors, and Factory Communication
  • Effectively communicate internally and externally through all phases of development.
