DEPARTMENT:                Anodic (Anodizing)

JOB TITLE:                        Operator Level 1

REPORTS TO:                   Department Manager with direction from Team Captain

SHIFT DAYS /HOURS:    Week 1 - Thursday through Saturday
                                              Week 2 - Wednesday through Saturday
                                              6 a.m. - 6 p.m.

WAGE:                                 $17/hr.

Bonnell Aluminum is searching for an individual to join our Anodic team.  

What You'll Be Responsible For:

    Prepare and process aluminum extrusions per documented customer specifications.
    Assist in monitoring tank liquid levels.
    Monitor material placement prior to beginning anodizing process to prevent material damage or waste.
    Inspiring others to work efficiently, defuse conflict, and make good decisions

Work Environment/Physical Demands/Job Requirements:

    Ability to push, pull, or lift heavy loads
    Ability to perform basic math (add, subtract, multiply, divide whole numbers).
    Attention to detail and accurately process the order according to customer specifications.
    Maintain excellent attendance
    Ability to work with little to no supervision
    Able to work overtime, as needed
