Position Summary:
The Assistant Media Buyer for Amazon will focus on healthy and profitable growth on Amazon for two brands in conjunction with the Amazon sales manager. They will support senior staff by managing advertising campaigns, conducting keyword research, analyzing performance data, and optimizing ad copy to drive sales. They assist with daily PPC maintenance, track organic/sponsored positions, and generate performance reports.
Role and Responsibilities:
  • Assist in setting up and managing Amazon Sponsored Products, Brands, and Display campaigns
  • Perform keyword research, identify new opportunities, and monitor competitor advertising strategies
  • Assist in optimizing bids and ad copy to improve Return on Ad Spend (ROAS)
  • Generate routine performance reports to track key metrics like ACoS (Advertising Cost of Sales), sales, and conversion rates
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements:
  • 2+ years of previous experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or specifically with Amazon Ads/PPC
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
  • Proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs) and experience with Amazon Seller Central and Vendor Central
  • Strong ability to analyze data and draw actionable insights
  • Strong organizational and written communication skills
  • Detail-oriented for handling large campaigns and data sets
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
  • Proactive attitude toward learning new advertising tools and strategies

Physical Demands / Work Environment:
  • Must be able to sit/stand for 8 hours
  • Walking, bending, light lifting to 50 lbs
