Job description

We're two busy entrepreneurs looking for someone who genuinely enjoys helping keep life organized and running smoothly.

This isn't a traditional office job where you sit behind a desk all day. Every day is a little different. One day you might be stocking the house, organizing Amazon returns, and dropping off deposits at the bank. The next day you could be helping coordinate appointments, running business errands, or prepping a simple dinner.

We're looking for someone who loves checking things off a list, notices what needs to be done without being asked, and enjoys creating order out of chaos.

If you're highly organized, dependable, and enjoy helping busy people focus on what they do best, you'll probably love this role.

  • You notice details others miss.
  • You're comfortable working independently.
  • You're resourceful and can figure things out.
  • You communicate well.
  • You enjoy helping other people succeed.

We're looking for someone who takes ownership rather than waiting for direction every few minutes.

Requirements
  • Reliable vehicle
  • Valid driver's license
  • Current auto insurance
  • Able to lift up to 30 pounds
  • Comfortable driving around town throughout the day
  • Strong organizational skills

This position is intentionally flexible.

There isn't a fixed daily schedule. Instead, we're looking for someone who can manage recurring weekly responsibilities while fitting them into a schedule that works for both of us.

Some weeks may require a few longer days, while others involve shorter visits spread throughout the week.

Perfect for someone who:

  • Is attending college
  • Wants flexible hours
  • Is semi-retired
  • Has another part-time job
  • Enjoys variety instead of sitting at a desk all day

You'll thrive in this role if we rarely have to think about the tasks you own.

Things are stocked.

Laundry is done.

Errands get completed.

Appointments happen.

The house stays organized.

Life simply runs smoother because you're part of the team.
