Job description

The Aspire Advanced Practice Provider is a vital part of our clinical staff in our mission to cure patients who suffer from allergies and sinus problems. They will deliver a memorable experience for our patients with each interaction they have, ensuring patient comfort and satisfaction are top of mind. They will practice precision everywhere including providing allergy testing and treatment to patients 2 years old and above. They will share responsibility with their peers and the rest of the clinical team to ensure the clinic is running smoothly. They will exemplify integrity in everything that they do, always doing what is best for our team and our patients.
Clinic Schedule and Hours:
Our standard schedule is Monday-Thursday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., and Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.

This position supports our three Colorado Springs clinic locations:
  • Broadmoor: 830 Tenderfoot Hill Rd., Suite 350, Colorado Springs, CO 80906ย 
  • Main: 1625 Medical Center Point, Suite 190, Colorado Springs, CO 80907ย 
  • Northeast: 6160 Tutt Blvd., Suite 210, Colorado Springs, CO 80923ย 
There may also be occasional opportunities to provide PRN coverage at our Castle Rock or Pueblo clinics with advance notice, though your primary location will be in the Colorado Springs market.

Compensation: Annual compensation ranges from $120,000 to $140,000, with the opportunity to earn a lucrative quarterly performance bonus, providing additional earning potential based on individual and company performance.
  • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and obtain medical histories focused on allergy and sinus conditions.
  • Diagnose and manage acute and chronic allergic and sinus conditions, including allergic rhinitis, chronic sinusitis, nasal polyps, and asthma.
  • Order and interpret diagnostic tests, including allergy testing, sinus CT scans, and pulmonary function tests.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans including medications, immunotherapy, and procedural recommendations.
  • Perform and assist with in-office procedures such as:
    • Administration and supervision of allergy immunotherapy (SCIT and SLIT)
    • Nasal endoscopy
  • Educate patients on disease management, treatment options, and medication use.
  • Collaborate with physicians and staff to ensure continuity and quality of care.
  • Document all patient encounters accurately in EHR within 24 hours of their visit
  • Oversee and manage both food and environmental allergy testing for patients by utilizing both Percutaneous Allergy Skin Testing and Intracutaneous Allergy Testing.
  • Provide pre-op and post-op evaluation and treatment after a variety of surgeon performed sinus procedures.
  • Develop relationships with referring medical providers and the local medical community.
  • Attend lunches and events with the assigned territory provider relationship rep. to help garner credibility and market Aspire.
  • Adhere to standard metrics:
    • Testing: 50% minimum thresholdย 
    • Treatment: 30% minimum threshold
    • IOP Conversion: 7% minimum threshold
  • Other duties as assigned.
Required education and experience
  • 3+ Years of Practicing as a Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner
  • Graduate from an approved Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner Program
  • Current Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner License
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) or Advanced Cardia Life Support (ACLS) Certifiedย 
  • Must have a valid driver's license
Preferred education and experience
  • Previous experience working with an EMR/EHR system
