Job description

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
• Strong experience in aircraft cabin acoustics and vibro-acoustic analysis
• Hands-on experience in simulation methods (Finite Element FE, Statistical Energy Analysis SEA, Ray Tracing)
• Ability to develop and validate acoustic models for cabin noise prediction
• Experience in noise and vibration analysis for aircraft structures and systems
• Knowledge of acoustic testing methodologies (lab, ground, and flight tests)
• Experience in analyzing and correlating test data with simulation results
• Familiarity with acoustic standards and certification requirements
• Strong skills in data analysis, reporting, and technical documentation
Roles & Responsibilities
• Develop simulation models (FE, SEA, ray tracing) to evaluate and optimize aircraft cabin acoustic performance
• Analyse noise sources, transmission paths, and vibro-acoustic behaviour
• Perform acoustic and vibration analysis to improve cabin comfort and reduce noise levels
• Support design optimization activities for noise reduction and passenger comfort enhancement
• Plan and participate in ground tests and flight test campaigns to measure cabin acoustics
• Conduct test data analysis and correlation with simulation results
• Identify and implement noise reduction solutions and acoustic treatments
• Collaborate with Structures, Systems, Interiors, and Flight Test teams
• Prepare technical reports, analysis documentation, and recommendations
• Support certification activities and compliance with acoustic requirements
• Contribute to development of advanced acoustic methods and tools.

Base Salary Range : $120,000 to $140,000 Per Annum
