As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll focus on creating an outstanding client experience while developing valuable communication and relationship-building skills.

• Connect with clients through scheduled Zoom and phone appointments
• Answer questions regarding available benefits and coverage options
• Listen to each client's needs and provide clear, professional guidance
• Explain life, accident, and supplemental health benefit options
• Assist clients through applications and enrollment
• Provide ongoing customer service and policy support
• Assist with policy reviews and beneficiary updates
• Build long-term relationships through consistent follow-up and service
• Maintain accurate digital client records
• Participate in weekly virtual training, coaching, and professional development
