Position Summary



We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Dishwasher to join our back-of-house team. This role is essential to the daily operations of our kitchen. The ideal candidate is responsible, organized, and committed to cleanliness and hygiene.



Key Responsibilities



  • Wash dishes, pots, pans, and utensils quickly and efficiently.

  • Maintain a clean and organized dishwashing station.

  • Take out trash and help with general kitchen cleaning duties.

  • Assist with food prep and restocking as needed.

  • Follow health and safety standards at all times.




Requirements



  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong attention to cleanliness and hygiene.

  • Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

  • Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.

  • No experience required, but prior kitchen experience is a plus.

Resumen del Puesto



Estamos buscando un(a) Lavaplatos confiable y trabajador(a) para unirse a nuestro equipo de cocina. Este puesto es esencial para el funcionamiento diario del restaurante. El candidato ideal es responsable, ordenado y comprometido con la limpieza.



Responsabilidades Principales



  • Lavar platos, ollas, sartenes y utensilios de manera rápida y eficiente.

  • Mantener limpia y ordenada la estación de lavado.

  • Sacar la basura y ayudar con la limpieza general de la cocina.

  • Apoyar en la preparación de alimentos y reposición cuando sea necesario.

  • Seguir las normas de salud e higiene en todo momento.




Requisitos



  • Capacidad para trabajar en un ambiente de ritmo rápido.

  • Atención a la limpieza y la organización.

  • Capacidad para estar de pie por largos periodos y levantar hasta 50 libras (23 kg).

  • Disponibilidad para trabajar noches, fines de semana y días festivos.

  • No se requiere experiencia, pero se valora experiencia previa en cocina.
