πŸ“West Caldwell, NJ | REMOTE

πŸ’Ό Temp-to-Hire | $70K–$95K DOE + $3K–$7K year-end bonus

πŸ• M–F, 10am–5pm (~35 hrs/week)

Our client is looking for an experienced insurance admin who's ready to support one broker's full book of business. This isn't a "process paperwork and move on" role β€” it's about getting things DONE.

🧩 What you'll be doing:

  • Heavy admin support β€” enrollments, plan changes, and resolving carrier issues
  • On the phone and computer most of the day
  • The heart of the job: working carrier reps who default to "no" and turning that into "yes" β€” persistent, not pushy. Chasing down why a plan hasn't activated, untangling carrier errors, and following up until it's actually fixed
  • Working confidently inside carrier portals β€” UHC, Cigna, Aetna, BCBS
  • Keeping everything organized in Excel and Outlook

βœ… What you need:

  • 2+ years of relevant experience- in supporting health/life insurance
  • Active Life & Health license REQUIRED! *****
  • Strong Excel & Outlook skills
  • Comfort navigating carrier web portals (UHC, Cigna, Aetna, BCBS)
  • A confident phone presence and the persistence to follow through until issues are resolved

🎯 Why you'll like it here:

  • One-on-one support role with a single broker β€” not lost in a big team
  • Real path from temp to permanent hire
  • Hybrid flexibility once you're trained up
