Professional Administrator Location: Huntsville, AL Job ID: #72812 Pay Range: $35-41/hr Duration: 6 months Duties: This is a staff-level administrative role with independent responsibilities, distinct from a traditional administrative assistant position. The Professional Administrator will play a key role in enabling project coordination, supporting leadership communications, consolidating data and updates, and preparing executive-ready materials for multiple directors. Key Responsibilities Support several directors by managing and coordinating administrative and operational activities tied to a major company initiative Draft, coordinate, and distribute internal communications to support alignment, awareness, and progress reporting Consolidate data, status updates, and inputs from multiple teams into clear, organized summaries and reporting materials Prepare presentations, briefing materials, and other executive-ready documents for leadership meetings and project reviews Coordinate team activities, meetings, schedules, follow-ups, and action tracking across stakeholders Help maintain project rhythm by monitoring deadlines, deliverables, and key communication milestones Organize and maintain shared documents, files, and information repositories to ensure accessibility and consistency Identify gaps, follow up on missing information, and help drive timely completion of assigned actions Provide general staff support to leadership in connection with planning, coordination, and execution of project-related work Exercise discretion in handling sensitive or business-critical information Skills Required: Strong written and verbal communication skills Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and Word Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail Ability to consolidate information from multiple sources and present it in a clear, professional format Professional judgment, discretion, and a customer-service mindset Desired: Experience supporting large-scale programs, transformation efforts, or cross-functional initiatives Comfort working with data tracking, reporting, and presentation development Ability to build effective working relationships across teams and levels of leadership Strong follow-through and problem-solving capabilities Education: Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent relevant experience 2-5 years of experience in administration, operations support, project coordination, business support, or a similar professional staff role Experience supporting multiple leaders or stakeholders in a matrixed environment preferred Benefits provided: 401K, medical, dental, and vision, sick time as applicable to state law Butler America Aerospace, LLC. is an equal opportunity employer.
