Overview

Chenegaย Naswikย International, LLC isย seekingย a detail-oriented and customer-focused Badge/RFID Administrator to support security operations at Redstone Arsenal. This position plays a critical role in managing security credentialing programs,ย issuingย and tracking RFID access cards, and ensuring compliance with established security policies that protect personnel, facilities, and assets.ย 

  • The ideal candidate is highly organized, dependable, and committed toย maintainingย the integrity of access control and credentialing processes. This role offers the opportunity to support mission-critical security operations while working closely with government personnel, contractors, and security stakeholders in a dynamic environment.ย 
Responsibilities
  • Administer RFID card, badge, and credentialing programsย in accordance withย established security requirements and procedures.ย 
  • Issue security credentials, including Access Badges, Common Access Cards (CACs), Courier Cards, and RFID access cards.ย 
  • Verify eligibility requirements and ensure all credentialing documentation is complete andย accurateย prior to issuance.ย 
  • Maintain credential issuance schedules, appointment calendars, and customer service support activities.ย 
  • Develop andย maintainย inventory tracking systems for RFID cards and related credentialing materials.ย 
  • Maintainย accurateย records of credential issuance, returns, deactivations, and reports of lost, stolen, compromised, or destroyed cards.ย 
  • Coordinate with security personnel and administrative staff to ensure theย timelyย recovery and disposition of RFID credentials during employee out-processing.ย 
  • Ensure the safeguarding, accountability, and secure storage of RFID cards and related materials.ย 
  • Conduct inventory audits, accountability reviews, and reporting activities related to credential management programs.ย 
  • Coordinate notifications, documentation, and follow-up actions related to lost or stolen credential incidents.ย 
  • Provide support for CAC operations,ย special events, audits, and security-related activities asย required.ย 
  • Respond to emergencies andย assistย medical, fire, law enforcement, and emergency response personnel as directed.ย 
  • Perform other duties as assigned.ย 
Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications:ย 

  • Experience supporting Department of Defense, Missile Defense Agency, Redstone Arsenal, or federal government credentialing programs.ย 
  • Experienceย utilizingย identity management, access control, or credentialing systems.ย 
  • Experience supporting RFID credential administration and inventory management programs.ย 
  • CPR, AED, and First Aid certifications.ย 
  • Experience working in a customer service, administrative support, or security operations environment.ย 

Minimum Qualifications:ย (To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.)ย ย 

  • High School Diploma or GEDย required.ย 
  • Minimum of six (6) months of experience in badge administration.ย 
  • Minimum of six (6) months of experience in Common Access Card (CAC) administration.ย 
  • Must be able to obtain andย maintainย a Secret clearance.ย 
  • Ability to communicate effectively and interact professionally with customers, employees, contractors, and government personnel.ย 
  • Ability toย maintainย accuracy, confidentiality, and attention to detail in a security-focused environment.ย

  • Knowledge of badge administration, RFID credentialing, access control, and identity management procedures.ย
