A career as an Account Representative at National Bank, your ability to work in synergy with a variety of partners will be a key asset. You’ll use your excellent customer service skills and proactive approach to take charge of clients’ needs.

Your role:

  • Open commercial files and assist clients with a variety of transactions
  • Perform checks and analyses to ensure the accuracy of transactions
  • Establish and maintain effective communication with the various partners involved in files (account managers, treasury managers, legal advisors, etc.)
  • Devise solutions that are tailored to client needs
  • Develop lasting business relationships with clients by providing exceptional service
  • Work with the team to continuously improve administrative processes and tools
