We are seeking an Assistant Account Executive who is bright, energetic, proactive, and collaborative with a positive attitude and has excellent organization and communication skills (verbal and written) to join our team.
You must be passionate, motivated, and excited about your work, and have, at least, one (1) year of professional work experience in advertising; love of or previous work experience in live entertainment, arts, theater and culture is a plus.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES (include but are not limited to the following):
• Assist Account team in management of all aspects of client account.
• Serve as liaison between the account group, client and creative teams.
• Manage production billing for client and actualize client budgets.
• Work with art/production departments to ensure release of all time-sensitive materials.
• Prepare meeting materials.
• Keep detailed records of ads, broadcast buys, art development, insertion orders, etc.
JOB REQUIREMENTS (include but are not limited to the following):
• Minimum 1 year of professional experience in advertising, marketing, or media industry.
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with a large volume of work.
• Be an effective liaison between the client and various departments within the agency.
• Proactive personality with the ability to simultaneously manage many projects.
• Very detailed-oriented with excellent organizational, communication, (written and oral), and interpersonal skills.
• Must be flexible and receptive to changing priorities, including being receptive to a heavy workload.
• Strong computer skills in MS Office applications.
• Bachelor’s Degree in advertising, marketing, communications, or a related field.
