Applicant must be a very well spoken individual that likes to communicate proacatively and takes the initiative to complete simple task. This position requires someone who is proficient in Gmail and some Qbks experience would be beneficial. Admin tasks here include answering the phone, emailing, and calling clients, creating estimates and invoices as well as client portfolios. This position also assist account managers with organizing calenders and must be willing to follow up with these managers.
