Overall Responsibilities

  • Manage and reply to all client inquiries within 2 hours
  • Enter sales orders and follow through logistics processes
  • Prepare and maintain status reports and modify schedules or plans as required
  • Prepare project reports for management, clients, or internal teams
  • Assist Account Manager in providing technical advice and resolving problems
  • Correspond with customers to ensure requirements are met
  • Create and maintain reports as required by customers
  • Prepare for and participate in quarterly business reviews as needed
  • Monitor processes related to customer-specific requirements
  • Follow up to ensure all project SLAs are met
  • Provide customer support and maintain client confidentiality
  • Provide backup support for Account Manager and other team members as needed
  • Work independently and collaboratively within a team environment

Qualifications & Skills

  • Customer service experience preferred
  • SAP knowledge is a plus
  • Supply chain experience is a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong time management and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
  • Demonstrated initiative and flexibility
  • Ability to work overtime as required
