• Conduct individual counseling sessions with clients through secure video chat platforms, tailored to meet their mental health needs.
• Facilitate open discussions, encouraging clients to explore their emotions and experiences to foster personal insight and growth.
• Act as an advocate for your clients, aiding them in setting and achieving therapeutic goals.
• Utilize your clinical expertise to evaluate clients’ mental health conditions and develop personalized treatment plans, employing a solution-focused approach reflecting best practices.

The clients you will serve are prescreened and generally stable, categorized as low acuity. This allows for focused therapeutic work where you can make a significant impact in their lives. Our clients come from diverse backgrounds, and we match you with individuals who resonate with your therapeutic specialties and demographic preferences, ensuring that your expertise is utilized effectively.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.
• Possession of an independent professional license, such as LPC, LMFT, or LCSW, issued by the appropriate state board; limited or provisional licenses are not accepted.
• Sound judgement in making professional evaluations and implementing effective treatment planning.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills coupled with a compassionate approach to client interactions.
• Proficient computer skills, with the capability to adapt to various online platforms used for client management and communication.

• Experience in providing telehealth services is advantageous, given the remote nature of this role.
• Background in working with diverse populations and awareness of cultural competency in therapy.
