Position Overview

The Lifetime Psychotherapy Center is seeking dedicated and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Therapists to join our dynamic team. In this full-time position, you will provide critical mental health services through a remote telehealth platform, enabling you to reach and support a diverse patient population from the comfort of your home. Work Environment

This position allows you to work in a flexible and supportive remote environment, utilizing telehealth technologies to connect with patients. As a fully remote therapist, you will have the autonomy to manage your own schedule while adhering to a standard workweek from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough mental health assessments to assess patient needs, identifying areas for intervention and improvement.
  • Develop and implement tailored treatment plans utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy.
  • Facilitate psychoeducational workshops and support groups, addressing common mental health issues and fostering community support.
  • Work collaboratively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.
  • Provide crisis intervention services, effectively managing mental health emergencies to ensure patient safety and well-being.

Qualifications
