This position allows you to work in a flexible and supportive remote environment, utilizing telehealth technologies to connect with patients. As a fully remote therapist, you will have the autonomy to manage your own schedule while adhering to a standard workweek from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Flexibility is also important, as you may need to adjust your hours to accommodate the needs of your patients.

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to assess patient needs, identifying areas for intervention and improvement.
• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy.
• Facilitate psychoeducational workshops and support groups, addressing common mental health issues and fostering community support.
• Work collaboratively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.
• Provide crisis intervention services, effectively managing mental health emergencies to ensure patient safety and well-being.
• Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment pathways, and available community resources.
• Maintain precise and confidential documentation of patient interactions and treatment progress to comply with legal and ethical standards.
• Participate actively in team meetings, case consultations, and ongoing professional development initiatives.

You will work with a diverse client base, treating individuals, couples, and families across various demographics and backgrounds. • Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in California.
• In-depth knowledge of a variety of mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment methodologies.
• Proven experience in conducting assessments and developing customized treatment plans that yield positive outcomes.
• Demonstrated ability to provide individual and group therapy to a wide array of populations.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, paired with sound judgment and a commitment to ethical standards.
• Competency in utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems and other computer applications effectively.
