Repossession Agent/Tow Truck Driver

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Recovery Agent to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for towing, repossession and return of vehicles in a safe and efficient manner. Pay is hourly plus incentives. Fulltime shift available.
Responsibilities:
  • Tow vehicles as directed by management
  • Repossess vehicles in accordance with state and federal laws
  • Return vehicles to designated locations
  • Ensure all paperwork is completed accurately and in a timely manner
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 1 year towing experience
  • 1+ years Recovery/Repossession experience preferred but not required
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record (must be at least 22 years old for insurance purposes)
  • Ability to operate a tow truck and other related equipment
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to be licensed as a Recovery Agent by the BSIS
  • Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
