All schedules contain weekend shifts as part of the requirements. Hours are dependent on business needs and colleague availability. Information regarding hours per week needed for benefit eligibility purposes can be found here.

  • Use surveillance techniques to support the apprehension of shoplifters and dishonest employees, while following company policies and legal requirements.

  • Recover stolen merchandise and provide statements, evidence, and documentation to support investigations.

  • Prepare timely and accurate reports related to theft incidents, investigations, audits, and assigned activities.

  • Build strong partnerships with store colleagues, Asset Protection leaders, and law enforcement to support investigations and shortage reduction.

  • Maintain compliance with company policies and legal standards related to apprehensions, searches, and evidence preservation.

  • Testify in court for criminal and civil cases, as needed.

  • Respond to alarm calls, support special assignments, and facilitate first aid for customers and colleagues when needed.

  • Foster an environment of acceptance and respect that strengthens relationships with colleagues, customers, and communities.
