Position Summary...Join Sam’s Club Asset Protection team in Supply Chain as Manager 1, Asset Protection. In this role, you will leverage your expertise to safeguard our associates and assets, ensure compliance, and drive loss prevention initiatives across our supply chain network.What you'll do...
  • Ensure data quality and leverage data visualization tools to create insightful dashboards for stakeholders and leadership.
  • Provide complex business issue solutions and develop business cases with projected returns on investment or cost savings.
  • Operate and maintain tools for evaluating air, water, and waste pollution, and ensure compliance with environmental legislation.
  • Recognize and investigate security breaches, thefts, and vandalism, implementing access control procedures and maintaining loss prevention records.
  • Coordinate and support regulatory visits, prepare audit reports, and implement methods to improve and control key processes.
  • Design emergency evacuation plans, train evacuation leaders, and ensure compliance with OSHA and industry-specific health and safety guidelines.
  • Engage with team members to establish credibility, analyze stakeholder needs, and communicate effectively to drive business solutions.

The annual salary range for this position is $73,500.00 - $106,500.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location).
