Job Summaryย 
LP Analyst is seeking a proactive and people-focused Team Lead to oversee a functional team within our portfolio monitoring operations. Team Leads play a critical role in guiding day-to-day execution, driving process efficiency, and developing team members to ensure high-quality deliverables for our clients. This role combines operational oversight, workflow improvement, and hands-on coaching to foster a high-performing and engaged team. Team Leads partner closely with other functional leaders and senior management to align team activities with firm objectives, continuously enhance internal processes, and support the firmโ€™s growth and evolving service model.

Responsibilities and Dutiesย ย ย 

  • Lead and manage an existing small-to-medium-sized team focused on a specific function within LP Analyst's portfolio monitoring process, providing guidance and support to ensure high performanceย and foster engagementย 
  • Oversee the operations of the function, ensuring timely and accurate execution of tasksย 
  • Develop and implement efficient workflows and processes to optimize team productivity, continuously iterating as the firm evolvesย 
  • Identify and address skills gaps within the team through regular 1:1s, constructive feedback, and individualized development support โ€“ escalating performance issues when applicable โ€“ as well as providing supplemental training opportunities for the broader teamย 
  • Coordinate with other functional leads and senior management on team and function performance, escalating as neededย 

Qualifications and Skillsย 

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree preferred, with a GPA of 3.0 or higherย 
  • 2-5 years of experience in operationalย management or team leadership rolesย 
  • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suiteย 
  • Strong organizational skills and high attention to detailย 
  • Excellent multitasking abilitiesย 
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide constructive feedback and effectively develop the team to meet performance expectations over timeย 
  • High self-motivation, with the ability to learn quickly and take on increased leadership responsibilitiesย 
  • Ability to fit within a growing firm that is continuously improving its processesย
