Link isseekingactively enrolled juniorswhoareinterested ingainingreal estateexperience as part ofourAsset Managementteam.Summer interns willgain exposure to multiple markets and industrial property types while working closely with Asset Management, Property Management, Construction Management, and external broker partners.

What You Will Do:

  • Support the leasing team by performing analytical work related to leasing activity, markettrendsand asset-level strategy.

  • Participate in broker meetings and help evaluate leasing strategies, lease restructuringopportunitiesand sale-leaseback analysis.

  • Partner with Asset Management, Property Management and Construction Management teams to become familiar with Link's assets and support portfolio-level initiatives.

  • Assistfull-time analysts andassociateswith underwriting, due diligence, closingprocessesand other investment-related analyses.

  • Conduct ad hoc analytical projects connected tooperatingand growing a large industrial real estate portfolio.

  • Gain market exposure by working with listing brokers to discuss market conditions, evaluateopportunitiesand support business plan strategy.

Qualifications:

  • Current junior, or rising senior, enrolled at an accredited four-year institution.

  • Pursuing a degree in real estate finance, real estate development, business, economics, accounting, finance, mathematics, civilengineeringora relatedfield.

  • Strong interest in commercial real estate, preferably industrial real estate, and real estate investing; no formal experience isrequired.

  • Basic understanding of real estate investment and financing concepts, including market analysis, financial analysis, propertyvaluationand capital markets.

  • Proficiencyin Microsoft Word,PowerPointand Excel.

  • Ability to prioritize,multitaskand work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, analyticalthinkingand problem-solving ability.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to interact professionally with team members,brokersand senior leaders.

  • Must be actively enrolled in school at the time of internship consideration.

$30/hour represents the presently anticipated base compensation pay range for this position at Link. Actual pay may vary based on various factors, including but not limited to location and experience.
