About the Role:
We are seeking an entry-level ITAD (IT Asset Disposition) Technician to join our team in Richmond, VA. This role is ideal for someone eager to learn and grow in IT operations, with responsibilities spanning asset disposition, data security & compliance, unit refurbishment, and order packing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and manage IT inventory efficiently
  • Operate data erasure and security devices
  • Refurbish and test IT assets for quality and functionality
  • Manage hardware and perform IT testing
  • Support daily operational tasks related to asset handling

Required Qualifications:
