Job description

Responsible for leading a small crew of project technicians in refurbishing tasks of hotel and other Facility areas as needed. Maintaining GFCR assets and providing restorative services across the facility. Primary work schedule will be dayshift Mon-Fri and will be conducive to hotel operations which will minimize guest interruptions. Additional shifts and hours may be required depending on the project and duties at hand. You must be capable of working with little to no direction ensuring projects and restorative processes are completed properly, and in an efficient and safe manner with attention to detail. Must be capable of tracking inventory, supply costs, and labor associated with each project. Must be a self starter.

Position is Monday - Friday 7am-3pm
