The Business Development Associate is responsible for sourcing and origination of prospective client leads using internet resources and networking; building a sales pipeline through prospecting and direct sales; project management of research projects and deliverables; sales strategy and market positioning; marketing collateral development.

Alpha Search Origin provides bespoke, distilled universes of actionable human capital intelligence to the financial services industry, including banks, broker-dealers, asset managers and service providers. Origin Intelligence has applications for talent acquisition, competitive benchmarking, new product development, and disaster recovery/business continuity for unanticipated human capital events.
