Job description

The Asset Management Operations Temp will play a key role in ensuring accurate and efficient processing of client orders and transactions in the financial services industry. This temporary position in Wilmington requires a detail-oriented professional with strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Description Manage the end-to-end process of client order instructions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Coordinate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure smooth transaction processing.

Monitor and track client orders to ensure they are executed in compliance with company policies and industry regulations. Respond to client inquiries related to order management and provide exceptional service. Prepare and maintain accurate records of client transactions and communications.

Support the implementation of process improvements to enhance operational efficiency. Collaborate with team members to identify and mitigate potential risks in order management processes. Assist in the preparation of reports and data analysis as required by management.
