Job purpose

The Creative Artist is responsible for developing innovative visual content and digital experiences that enhance customer engagement, strengthen brand differentiation, and support business growth. This role blends artistic creativity with emerging AI technologies to create compelling visual assets, photobooth templates, filters, user interface enhancements, and exclusive content offerings. The ideal candidate is a highly creative designer with expertise in digital art, AI-assisted content generation, UI/UX design, and trend identification.

Duties and responsibilities

AI Content Generation

  • Create high-quality visual assets using AI-powered design tools and targeted prompting techniques.
  • Develop original creative concepts and transform them into engaging visual content for products, marketing campaigns, and customer experiences.
  • Experiment with emerging AI tools, techniques, and workflows to improve content quality, consistency, and production efficiency.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Development teams to conceptualize and execute AI-driven content experiences.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, AI advancements, and best practices to maintain a competitive content portfolio.

Photo Booth Template Creation and Refresh

  • Design new photo booth templates for consumer-facing products, including seasonal, event-based, themed, and trend-driven offerings.
  • Refresh and modernize existing templates to keep the content catalog relevant, engaging, and competitive.
  • Ensure templates align with brand standards while appealing to a broad range of customer demographics.
  • Continuously evaluate content performance and user feedback to identify opportunities for template enhancements.

Filters Creation & Maintenance

  • Design, develop, and maintain visual filters that enhance customer experiences across products and platforms.
  • Create themed, seasonal, and promotional filter packs that drive customer engagement and repeat usage.
  • Test and optimize filters to ensure visual consistency, usability, and performance across various devices and operating environments.
  • Analyze user engagement data and feedback to improve existing filters and identify opportunities for new filter experiences.
  • Work closely with development teams to implement and refine filter functionality.

UI/UX

  • Evaluate and refresh user interfaces across kiosks, booths, and digital platforms to create a premium guest experience.
  • Design intuitive, visually appealing user journeys that improve ease of use and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop UI assets, layouts, and visual enhancements that align with brand standards and business objectives.
  • Partner with Product Management and Software Dev teams to implement and test UI/UX improvements.
  • Conduct ongoing reviews of customer interactions to identify opportunities for optimization.
  • Create original anime-inspired content and visual experiences to differentiate products within the marketplace.
  • Develop exclusive creative assets that appeal to key customer demographics and emerging trends.
  • Design and produce licensed content in accordance with brand guidelines and licensing agreements.
