The CSA Administrator supports material intake operations by ensuring inbound serviceable and unserviceable assets are received with complete and accurate documentation. This role resolves logistics exceptions, corrects shipment discrepancies, and coordinates with internal teams and external partners to support timely processing of incoming material.
This position operates in a high-volume, time-sensitive environment requiring strong attention to detail, prioritization skills, and consistent follow-through.
Role Responsibilities
  • Track and manage daily/weekly/monthly reports regarding stock and orders using Microsoft Excel/Teams
  • Retrieve and process alerts from MRO Collab to support purchase order workflows
  • Resolve inbound material turnbacks from logistics providers (e.g. UPS) due to missing, incomplete, or incorret documentation
  • Investigate shipment discrepancies and coordinate with Model Managers, disassembly/assembly and test sites, repair shops, and logistics partners to obtain required information

  • U.S. Citizenship required due to government contracts
