EEC Solutions is looking for a Assessment Analyst - JECC J3 for an upcoming contract opportunity.

Job Description:a. Summary of Responsibilities:

This position supports JECC Campaign Plan and USTRANSCOM CCP assessments, the Annual Joint Assessment (AJA), and other operational assessments through rigorous quantitative/qualitative analysis, briefing development, and Joint Staff/Combatant Command engagement support.

b. Essential Duties and Responsibilities. This position:
  • Supports JECC Campaign Plan (CP) assessment development and revisions; review higher strategic guidance documents (NSS, UCP, CPG, NDS, GEF, NMS, JSCP, GCP).
  • Assists the government in developing USTRANSCOM CCP assessments, AJA, and other operational assessment products, processes, and performance measures.
  • Solicits, collect, aggregate, and prepare JECC responses to operational assessments and Task Management Tool (TMT) requirements.
  • Provides briefing materials for JECC assessments and Joint Staff/CCMD engagements, including findings and recommendations.
  • Provides subject matter expertise for JECC Strategy Forum, Battle Rhythm/Planning events, and associated war games/exercises/conferences.
  • Submits trip reports and support the strategic lessonslearned process across the joint enterprise. c. Minimum Qualifications:
  • Required Education: Graduate of DoW Joint Professional Military Education I (JPME I) or civilianequivalent joint professional education; minimum 9 semester hours (or academic equivalent) in statistics, program evaluation, and/or quantitative analysis.
  • Required Experience: Former or retired Field Grade officer (O4 to O6) or DoW civilian equivalent (GS13 to GS15) with a minimum of 10 years of documented experience in Joint planning, operationallevel headquarters (CCMD/JTF), or the Joint Planning Process (JPP); minimum 3 years as a Joint Qualified Officer (JQO) or civilian equivalent on a Joint/CCMD or Servicelevel staff at or above Corps/MEF level.
  • Required Certifications/Licenses: None specified beyond JPME I equivalent; JTF HQ experience preferred.
  • This position requires a current TS/SCI clearance required to access, review, and develop directed assessments. Must possess upon reporting for duty and maintain for the life of the contract.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Experience with DoW enterprise data aggregation/analytics/AI tools; COP/C2 systems experience; advanced technical writing; briefing at GO/FO/SES level.
