Able Minds ABA is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Newark, DE. As a BCBA, you will be responsible for providing high-quality ABA services to our clients while working in a collaborative and supportive environment. This is a part-time and full-time opportunity with flexible scheduling, allowing you to balance your work and personal life.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide ABA services to clients in a variety of settings, including home and community-based environments

  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, families, and other stakeholders
