Process / Production Technician
Santa Rosa, CA
$25โ€“$26/hour

Position Overview
This is your opportunity to join a growing manufacturing team as a Process / Production Technician. In this role, you will support fabrication and production operations by setting up and operating equipment, assembling components, and performing testing and quality checks on finished products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Set up, operate, and adjust fabrication and production equipment
  • Perform assembly, testing, and inspection of products and components
  • Follow detailed work instructions, engineering specifications, and documentation
  • Support manufacturing processes including production, materials handling, and process improvement
  • Conduct rework and quality inspections as needed
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency in all production activities
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment
  • Operate specialized equipment such as ovens, furnaces, leak testers, microscopes, and precision tools
Qualifications & Skills
