Star Staffing is currently hiring Assemblers for a temp-to-hire opportunity in Santa Rosa. This is a hands-on position in a manufacturing environment for candidates who are detail-oriented and enjoy working with their hands.

Job Duties

  • Assemble cable harnesses and wire assemblies.
  • Perform soldering, crimping, wire stripping, and other assembly tasks.
  • Read and follow work instructions, blueprints, and diagrams.
  • Use hand tools such as crimpers, wire strippers, and soldering irons.
  • Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
