Volt is immediately hiring for Production Associates in El Paso, TX.

As a Production Associate, you will:

  • Performs production assembly operations from pre-arranged kit
  • Assemble moderately to complex electro-mechanical products
  • Assemble custom switchboard cabinetry - medium to large sized parts
  • Read complex prints and schematics
  • Troubleshoot, fabricate and install parts
  • Utilizes a variety of hand tools, air tools, and measuring equipment to complete job

This is a full-time, temp to hire opportunity!

Schedule:  Monday to Friday (flexible to work overtime on Saturday)

1st shift - 6am to 2:30pm

2nd shift - 3:30pm to 12am

The ideal candidate will have:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1-2 years previous production experience
  • Experience reading prints and schematics
  • Ability to work independently
  • Expertise with basic hand tools, air tools, gages and torque wrenches required
  • Good hand eye coordination and excellent natural or corrected vision
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work Overtime is required

Pay Rate: $15.00 - $16.25 per hour - depending on shift
