JobOverview:

The Production Associateis responsible forperforming a variety of tasks to ensure the efficient assembly, inspection, and packaging of products. This role involves working closely with the Production Department tomaintainquality standards, organize the workspace, and contribute to the overall success of the manufacturing process.

Responsibilities:

  • Clean, inspect, and test parts to ensure quality standards are met during product assembly.

  • Assemble sub-components to create final productsin accordance withspecifications.

  • Perform labeling, cleaning, and packaging of assembled products.

  • Maintain organization and cleanliness within the warehouse and work areas.

  • Assistwith keeping inventory levels of parts and supplies organized and efficiently stocked.

  • Collaborate with team members to complete assigned tasks and support production goals.

  • Perform other duties as required by the Production Department.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GEDrequired

  • 1-2 years of experience in manufacturing, assembly, or warehouse environments

  • Forklift operation experience and certification

  • Ability toadvisemanagement on inventory levels for parts and supplies

  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and a willingness to learn new processes

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team

Physical Requirements

  • Ability tolift upto40pounds

  • Ability to sit, stand, walk, and climb stairs asrequired

  • Comfort working with chemicals as outlined in Safety Data Sheets (SDS) and usingappropriate safetyequipment such as dust masks, goggles, UV goggles, sleeve protectors, gloves, and back support
