Job description

InPower is a newly-separated division of an electrical industry-focused holding company. From an extensive inventory of ready-to-ship electrical products to UL certified assembled equipment, we provide electrical solutions to satisfy the most demanding requirements of the electrical construction industry. All Current operates a national network of distribution facilities strategically located across the US.  All Current is headquartered in Moorestown, New Jersey.

Pay Range: $37,440 to $41,600

Job Summary
Operates and maintains stations to assemble, align, and adjust fabricated parts, components, or units according to specifications and follows established manufacturing procedures. Uses hand tools, power tools, and other manufacturing assembly line equipment to assemble units. Tests and calibrates parts and mechanisms to ensure all components meet tolerances, product specifications, and quality standards. May repair or refit parts or units that fail tests or tolerance levels. Keeps daily assembly production records. Maintains a clean and organized work environment. Typically requires a high school diploma. Typically reports to a supervisor. A01-Entry : Works under the close direction of senior personnel in the functional area. Possesses a moderate understanding of general aspects of the job. May require 0-1 year of general work experience.
Job Responsibilities

Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, assembly drawings, and schematics.

Operate hand tools, power tools, and machinery to secure and assemble parts.

Install finished assemblies and subassemblies according to specifications.

Assemble and attach functional and cosmetic hardware to products.

Prioritize work activities to support production schedules when required.

Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Follow all safety policies, procedures, and HSE requirements.

Perform other duties assigned by the Plant Manager.

Job Requirements

High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience required.

Ability to read and understand technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics.

Ability to safely use hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment.

Ability to learn new processes and apply knowledge on the job.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Ability to work with heavy equipment and industrial machinery.

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Essential Job Function

Ability to lift up to 45 pounds.

Ability to work around heavy equipment and moving machinery.

Ability to work at heights and wear fall protection equipment when working above 6 feet.
