As a Manufacturing Technician on the Top Drawer team, a typical day for you will include:

  • Reading and interpreting manufacturing drawings, assembly instructions, and parts lists to build high-quality components.
  • Preparing, packing, and palletizing products accurately for secure shipping.
  • Maintaining a clean, safe workstation and following priority reports to manage sequence and urgency.
  • Communicating effectively with teammates and leadership to hit daily production goals.

  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a fast-paced assembly or manufacturing environment.
