Job description

The Meta Production Associate is responsible for the assembly and production of prosthetic feet in the Meta line. This includes understanding and following all work instructions, utilizing various tools, and operating equipment necessary for manufacturing. Punctuality and consistent attendance are essential. The position operates Monday through Friday, with potential Saturday overtime to meet customer demands. Additional tasks may be assigned as needed.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Follow all work instructions related to safety, manufacturing, and quality.
  • Operate equipment such as sanding, cutting, grinding, machining, and assembly tools to produce prosthetic components in line with product and quality standards.
  • Inspect finished parts for quality assurance.
  • Manage daily tasks based on work order priorities.
  • Achieve daily production goals, ensuring both product quality and on-time delivery.
  • Record manufacturing and product data using custom computer applications and paper-based tracking systems.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.

Required Skills:
