Job Description:
Work in a clean room environment, responsible for operating various tools in the production of MCP. Will include machine set up, running and minor preventive maintenance duties. Utilize various tools for data entry of product movement and other electronic applications.
Essential Responsibilities:
* Work in a cleanroom environment and adhere to cleanroom protocols. This includes wearing a bunny suit and appropriate PPE as required.
* Use hand tools, microscopes, and other manufacturing equipment to produce products using detailed documented procedures.
* Follow all policies, procedures, and drawings for accuracy and quality.
* Perform visual checks of product to assure quality.
* Identify and correct non-conforming parts following documented procedures.
* Meet manufacturing output requirements while producing high-quality products.
* Ability to work alone and with others in a team environment under minimal supervision to accomplish department goals.
* Must have strong problem solving, analytical skills, adaptability, and flexibility.
* Must have good computer skills (Microsoft Office, data entry, email)
* Good written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to read drawings/blueprints/work instructions.
* Must be able to clearly read and write in English.
* Ability to sit and/or stand for extended periods of time.
Basic Qualifications:
*High school diploma or equivalent and a minimum or 4 years prior relevant experience or 2 years post-Secondary/associate's degree with 0 to 2 years of prior related manufacturing work experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Good hand/eye coordination.
* Ability to lift 3-5 lbs. and complete repeat tasks.
* High level of attention to detail.
* Good historical attendance record with minimal unscheduled call offs.
* Self-driven to complete goals and tasks as required.
Education & Experience
*Requires minimal job knowledge/skills.
*Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent with 0 to 3 years of prior related experience.
