Job description

At Cincinnati Gasket & Industrial Manufacturing, we don't just make products - we delivery high quality industrial manufacturing solutions that help our customers stay safe. As we continue to grow, we're looking for a skilled Welder/Fabricator to join our Heat Shield team.

What You'll Do:

  • Read and interpret blueprints to fabricate custom metal frames for industrial applications
  • Cut and prepare aluminum, cold rolled steel and stainless steel to spec
  • Perform TIG welding (MIG a plus) to produce high-quality assemblies
  • Measure and verify finished products to ensure they meet blueprint requirements
  • Straighten, prep and support finishing processes (paint/powder coat)
  • Assist with assembly, packaging and shipping preparation

What You'll Bring:

  • 1-3 years of welding/fabrication experience preferred
  • Strong TIG welding skills (MIG experience a plus)
  • Ability to read blueprints and work with precision
  • Mechanical aptitude and experience with shop equipment
