SMI is seeking an assembly technician to inspect and assemble custom-engineered silicone products. This is a second-shift position. We are accepting entry-level through senior applicants. The hourly wage will be determined based on experience. Assembly Technicians are detail-oriented individuals who are motivated by measurable and achievable production goals.
