To support our continued growth, we are adding a Manufacturing Worker to our team. In this role, you will fabricate, build, and assemble HVAC sheet metal and ductwork in a production environment, ensuring materials are prepared accurately and efficiently for installation at commercial job sites.


Key Responsibilities
  • Read and interpret blueprints, ductwork orders, and schematics to fabricate required HVAC structures.

  • Select appropriate materials based on job specifications and structural requirements.

  • Measure, cut, bend, shape, and assemble sheet metal to precise dimensions.

  • Weld, rivet, roll, solder, or fasten seams using screws or other approved methods.

  • Perform assembly-line tasks such as punching holes, bending gutters, and preparing duct sections.

  • Operate sheet metal fabrication machinery and related software applications safely and efficiently.

  • Maintain production schedules and meet output demands.

  • Coordinate equipment shutdowns and startups with other departments as needed.

  • Maintain accurate records for projects and repairs.

  • Keep a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

  • Perform other related duties as assigned.


Qualifications & Requirements
  • Ability to complete sheet metal fabrication projects with accuracy and precision.

  • Proficient in safely using sheet metal tools, machinery, and equipment.

  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.

  • Strong measuring, multitasking, and time-management skills.

  • Ability to meet deadlines in a production-driven environment.

  • Basic knowledge of:

    • HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair practices

    • HVAC tools, equipment, and mechanical systems

    • Electrical and control systems related to HVAC

  • Strong problem-solving, critical-thinking, and organizational skills.

  • Clear verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to work with minimal direct supervision.

  • Comfortable working on ladders and at heights.


Physical Requirements
  • Regularly lift and/or move up to 10 lbs.
