Job description

Carlโ€™s Jr Restaurants is looking for prep cook and line cooks in the Colorado Springs area. Line cooks and cooks will support the General Manager or shift managers and report directly to the General Manager. The mission of our cooks and all crew members is to serve guests quality prepared menu items in a fast and friendly atmosphere.


Job Functions:

  • Prepare food orders as they are displayed on the kitchen order screens

  • Keep station clean, neat and organizedย 

  • Follow brand standards for product assembly and product holding standards

  • Be able to take product temperatures and enter them into the daily temperature tracking forms

  • Fill out date and time records for product thaw, prep and production levels

  • Work with other crew members to fulfill orders in a timely manner

  • Filter and quick clean fryers to brand standards

  • Breakdown and clean equipment

  • Back of house product stocking

  • Back of House cleaning and organizingย 

  • Follow all food safety standards
