What You'll Do
- Provide high-quality physical therapy treatments under the direction of the Physical Therapist
- Help residents improve strength, mobility, balance, safety, and confidence
- Support residents in maintaining their independence and aging in place safely for as long as possible
- Build meaningful, lasting relationships with residents while helping them stay strong, mobile, and confident
- Deliver care in an environment that values outcomes over volume
- Document patient progress using Net Health and facility systems
- Collaborate with residents, families, nursing, and interdisciplinary team members to support the whole person
- Contribute to a positive, team-focused therapy culture where ideas and support are shared freely
- Bring professionalism, compassion, and kindness to every interaction
What You'll Bring
- Degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
- Active Maryland Physical Therapist Assistant license in good standing
- A genuine passion for working with older adults
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- A team-oriented approach and commitment to doing things the right way
